1) Delivery Time

The delivery time is for shipment to Germany up to 2 days.
Delivery times for shipping to other countries (add to the above delivery time):
- EU countries + 4 days
- Rest of the world + 14 days
The deadline for delivery starts for payment in advance on the day after the payment order to the referring bank institution. For other payment methods the deadline starts on the day after the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period is a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the delivery state, the next working day (Monday to Friday) will be the final day.


2) Exclusion And Premature Extinction Of The Right Of Withdrawal

The right does not apply to the following contracts
  • the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and their production is individual or which are uniquely tailored for the customer;
  • the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date will pass soon;
  • the supply of alcoholic beverages when the price has been agreed in the contract and can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and their current value of fluctuations in the market on which the entrepreneur has no influence;
  • the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts
  • for the supply of sealed health or hygiene goods if their seal was removed after delivery;
  • the supply of goods if they were mixed after delivery with other goods an can not be separated again;
  • for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
