DHL Packstation

You are often away from home and still want to receive your parcels?
You want to be able to pick up your parcels at any time?

Now you can receive your packets even more flexible. With the service PACKSTATION we send your parcel to the Packstation, you want.
There you can pick it up. 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Since 1.9.2012 you also have the option, that we send your parcel directly to your favourite post office.

However, please note that you need the DHL welcome letter to pick up your shipment. Since the delivery sometimes takes several weeks, use the Packstation address only when you have received your PIN and debit card. You have not received your DHL welcome letter and your shipment is already more than 7 days in the Packstation or the post office? Then you can extend the storage period of your item under 01803/365 365.

In order to use the service:
Just enter your PostNumber (you can find it on your Goldcard) into the appropriate field.
Instead of the street name and house number, please enter PACKSTATION or POSTFILIALE and the corresponding number.
