Jérôme Eckmeier has cooked in numerous famous restaurants in Europe. Since three years he is vegan and has his own internet cooking show. In his function as former head chef for the Vegetarian Association Germany and now for he teaches cooking classes, tours as a training cook and makes delicious show menus.
